When I first started studying for the SAT, I felt very discouraged because I had never been a good test-taker and the test's tricks intimidated me. That all changed when I began prepping with Aurora. Together, we deconstructed the test and simplified both the verbal and math sections, so that I could relate them to study materials I was familiar with. We created an SAT “cheat sheet” with tips and strategies to keep me on track and lower the amount of time I spent per question. When I decided to change tests to the ACT, she helped enhanced my already advanced skills once again until I achieved a competitive enough score to get into my dream college, Stanford University.
